house and present the reasons why someone should buy
yours “instead of the one next door” before
they show your house. I consider my job of selling
your house to include selling the Buyer’s Agent
on your house. I do not want a minimum wage, untrained
employee handling any inquiries about your house and

Grasping a firm understanding of the mechanics of

One of my primary jobs is to listen carefully. I listen
to each Buyer and what they are telling me they like
and do not like about your house. I then work to create
solutions and alternatives to their objections, enabling
